At Stoked Stainless New Zealand, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium stainless steel products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packaged in the original shipping crate or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier, or schedule a freight collection for larger stainless steel units.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
